Terms of Service

1. Definitions

In these terms, the following definitions apply:

  • "Service": The automated Solana validator support service provided by our company.
  • "Testnet Validator Auto Operation": The automated validator auto operation support service on Solana's test network.
  • "Mainnet Validator Auto Operation": The automated validator auto operation support service on Solana's main network.
  • "User": Any individual or entity utilizing this service.

2. Service Details

Users can choose from the following subscription plans:

  • Testnet Validator Auto Operation: €280 per month (the first month is €560, which includes the initial setup fee).
  • Mainnet Validator Auto Operation: €1280 per month (the first month is €2560, which includes the initial setup fee).

These fees include server costs, which may fluctuate due to changes in market rates. Additionally, hardware replacement and other services may incur extra charges.

3. Fees and Payment Terms

Advance Payment

Fees are to be paid in advance. Payment must be completed prior to the commencement of services to ensure the allocation of server resources.

First Month's Fees

The first month's fee is billed as two months' worth of service. This fee includes the initial setup cost and the service fee for the first month.

Additional Fees

Additional fees may occur due to fluctuations in server costs, hardware replacement, region upgrades, custom key management, and other optional services or circumstances.

Payment Method

Payments are processed through Stripe. Any payment methods supported by Stripe are acceptable.

4. Service Commencement and Termination

The service begins once the user has made the payment and we have confirmed its receipt. Users can terminate the service at any time, but no refunds will be provided for payments already made. Upon termination, all SOL balances on the node will be sent to the user's designated account, after which all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Additionally, we reserve the right to terminate this service without notice. In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and the service will be terminated in the same manner as described above.

5. Amendment of Terms and Notification

We reserve the right to amend these terms as necessary. The amended terms will take effect once posted on our website. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the site and staying informed of any changes.

6. Disclaimer

We are not liable for any damages that may occur due to the suspension or degradation of the Solana network. Additionally, we are not responsible for damages caused by hardware failures, network issues, or hacking incidents.

The SFDP (Solana Foundation Delegation Program: https://solana.org/delegation-criteria) is not affiliated with our company. Therefore, we do not assume any responsibility for any outcomes related to this program, including the acceptance or rejection of applications. There is no guarantee of acceptance into the SFDP, and users participate at their own risk.

Our services are designed to automate server operations and DO NOT guarantee revenue. Users agree to use our services with a full understanding and acceptance of all the risks involved.

This disclaimer forms part of the terms under which users utilize our services. By using our services, users are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in our place of business.
